Three ways in, depending on the size of the problem.
For most engineers and small teams, a 1:1 call is the right starting point. We'll look at your actual system — your retrieval setup, your agent loop, your eval gaps — and I'll give you the honest read. No deck, no follow-up sequence. If a fix is obvious, you leave with it. If the problem is bigger than a call, I'll say so.

For deeper engagements — multi-session reviews of an architecture, an embedded week with your team, written deliverables — I run those as structured packages on Gumroad. Scope and pricing are listed on the product page.
